The international project EDUCEN is one of the SDC projects on natural disasters and the role of culture in disaster risk reduction. Central to the EDUCEN project is the idea that cultures, the ’soft infrastructure’, hold important assets to disaster-affected communities; disaster managers and disaster-affected people alike.
On 29 March 2017 it held its final conference in the city of Dordrecht. This event was covered by the local news broadcasting agency RTV Dordrecht. Jeroen Warner was interviewed by the broadcasting agency.
